Charles Sandford Windover became partner in carriage manufacturing business of F C Armstrong

Trading as C S Windover the firm stayed in Huntingdon until it moved to London in 1924. They built high class carriages and then customized car bodies for the wealthy both in the UK and abroad.
The factory buildings were used by Batchelors Foods before they were replaced by the offices of Goodwin House.
