The Holler Tree, Histon

History of The Holler Tree

Approximate location. According to Ramble Round the Heart of Histon, 1979, ‘The Holler Tree’ was a landmark in the village. It was completely hollow and children would climb up and slide down the inside. In 1915 the tree was blown over.
