History of 66 Cavendish Avenue
The land for this house , and the two on either side, was bought in October 1911 by William Archer, the builder. The house was completed in 1912. The next owner was Lionel Rodwell, estate agent, in 1920, which may mean that it was let during the intervening period. (Source- personal communication)
Alfred Gibson of this address, a major in the Essex RAMC, baptised his son on 24/9/18 at St John’s. (St John’s register of baptisms)
