An electoral register for 1910-1911 shows Francis Pepper at number 125.
After that the Clark family live here until 1938.

Walter and Louisa are buried in Mill Road Cemetery.

Mary Elizabeth Hopkins, born 1884,
David Dennis Kirbyshire, born 1912, dental mechanic seeking work. The 1939 register reveals a margin note saying “special constable”.
Arthur is buried in Mill Road Cemetery, as is their lodger, David Dennis Kirbyshire. David died in 1940.
