History of the Nelson

Enid Porter notes in ‘C18 and C19 Coffee Houses of Cambridge’ that the corner of Hobson and St Andrew Streets was the site of the Lord Nelson Inn, and previously in the C18 the probable site of the Nelson Coffee House.
