General information about Wolfson College can be found on Wikipedia.
The main building was built by Rattee and Kett circa 1980.
A particular feature of the college is the Betty Wu Lee Garden. Dr Lee Seng, a wealthy Singaporean first visited the college in 1973. In return for the help given to Dr Seng by the plant pathologist Dr Lowings in eradicating a bacterial infection of his plantations spread by ants, Dr Seng gave the college funds to build a library, hall and garden. The garden is named after his wife. (Further information can be found in 111 Places In Cambridge That You Shouldn’t Miss, p 34)
