2 Hale Street, Cambridge

History of 2 Hale Street

1981

Ann Benton told Sara Payne, Down Your Street, how she had read in the Cambridge Evening News about the sale of the county gallows. This was in 1970. They were the property of Dr Donald Dale of Station Road, Histon who had created a Black Museum in a shed in his garden.
