Alexander Cowling: Second Lieutenant, 1st Battalion, Cambridgeshire Regiment who was killed in action on Friday, 26th April 1918. Aged 32. Son of William and Mary Cowling, of 9, St. Luke’s St., Cambridge; husband of Bertha Amy Cowling, of 51, Hertford St., Chesterton Rd., Cambridge. Employed Ortona Motor Coy Ltd.
