Fleur-de-Lis Hotel opens — 8 December 1899
New Hotel, “Fleur-de-Lis”, Humberstone road, Chesterton. This first-class hotel is now open and replete with every comfort. Billiards room in course of erection. Gentlemen visiting the hotel will find the Smoke Room fitted with every comfort – advert.
