ML sent this note in 2026:

He [Percy] died at the Villa, Fulbourn Hospital Cambs on 22 December 1958, they had no children. My father and aunt remember him as he always had sweets and cakes at home when they visited!. Apart from these facts we know very little else about him- there was a photo of him at his retirement but i haven’t been able to download them, and he is on a family photo back in 1890’s possibly Willow Walk..
