Listed Building

Earlier-Mid C19. 3 storeys, with 2 storey wings. Double-fronted with 5 windows.

The three-story brick Golden Lion Hotel features a large lion statue, a carriage in the foreground, and people standing outside.

The Golden Lion is not mentioned in a survey of St Ives in 1720s. The Golden Lion was the most important inn in St Ives by the late 19th century.

The cream-colored Golden Lion Hotel stands next to a stone church tower with three people standing under its arched entrance.
