Born East Sutton, Maidstone, Kent, enlisted Maidstone, resident Cambridge. Husband of Catherine Ann Willard, of 56, Norwich St., Cambridge. Buried in SUNKEN ROAD CEMETERY, FAMPOUX, Pas de Calais, France. PLot I. Row A. Grave 31. See also Cambridge Guildhall (St Paul’s Roll of Honour)  Jesse married Catherine Ann Gilkes in Cambridge in June 1917.
