Bynge, of 1, Coronation Place, St. Eligius St., Cambridge. Buried in CAMBRIN MILITARY CEMETERY, Pas de Calais, France. Section N. Grave 43. See also Cambridge Guildhall (St Paul’s Roll of Honour)
