Royal Oak Inn, 31 West Green, Barrington

History of Royal Oak Inn

Listed building:

Mid C15. Renovated mid C20. Exposed timber frame and plastered infill. Long straw thatched roof hipped to west end. Red brick ridge stack, C17 repaired, with two diagonally set linked shafts. The chimney stack and floor were inserted into the hall in C17.
