History of 43 Telegraph Street

1853:

See Francis Garrett, Cottenham Ablaze

28.4.1853: fire broke out at the premises of James Grave (modern location 43 Telegraph Street) which burned down the house and other buildings.

The fire extended to the premises of Thomas Cross at nos 37 -39 who also lost his house.
