History of The Hollies and Rose Villa

1903 land sold by Cyril Rayment to builder named Twinn

(20) Ted Coney, head of art at Hills Road Sixth Form College, and family lived here.

(22) In 1937 a private school, Gate House, run by Miss E M osman; also Shamrock Library run by Miss M J Johnson. Later Alf Sparrow lived at 22.
