History of 10 / 12 Mortlock Street
Listed building:
Cottages, converted to two dwellings. C18, early C19. Timber framed, plaster rendered and combed wheat reed thatched roof with grey brick ridge stack and later stack to left hand. Three bay, lobby entry with outshut at rear.
