99 High Street, Melbourn

History of 99 High Street

Listed building:

Row of three houses. Early C18 in origin but roof raised and first floor added early C19. Parallel range added at rear also early C19. Timber frame roughcast rendered and low pitch, slate roof hipped at corner. Red brick stack at right angles to the ridge. Early C18 cottage of lobby entry plan and probably three bays. Subdivided and extended early C19 so that return now to Meeting Lane.
