Chalk Grove

Notes on the history of Chalk Grove, Cambridge

Thomas P N Chalk (1886-1960) was a partner in a firm of surveyors who lived at Rectory Farm, Cherry Hinton, not far away.

OS maps show that Chalk Grove was the first of the roads that run south off Queen Edith’s Way to be developed.
