Arthur Rhodes and Rebecca Sarah née Chivers moved from Histon to Luard Road. Arthur died in 1926. Rebecca and son Eric continued living at the house. Arthur married Rebecca in 1896, the daughter of Stephen and Rebecca Chivers.

In 1939 Rebecca was living in Impington. William Eric Rhodes, Joyce and children were living at 2 Storeys Way.
