PS sent a note about the property in 2022:

My Mother’s grandfather and grandmother were named Charles and Alice Spaull. Charles was a dairyman and they resided at 72/74 Cavendish Road in Cambridge. Up until recently the dairy yard and buildings were still in existence but they have been converted and now constitute a residential property, 1 Wetenhall Road. There is some confusion over the house number on Cavendish road; family have always believed the number to be 74, but 72 is attached and on the corner of Cavendish road/Wetenhall road, where the Dairy yard is situated.  So it must have been number 72. Charles and Alice’s issue were – Marie ( my grandmother) , Marjorie, Ronald and Bernard.Charles was born in London in 1871 and he was Jewish. Nobody knows why or how he came to settle in Cambridge. My mother believes he was born in Highgate.
