those two marie the doe family lived in the other one i was telling you yesterday just up beyond the Swiss Laundry and they were that type of house and we had I had to share a room with somebody I'd never met in my life before and I think we were told if we really couldn't stand it again they'd see what they could do but we got on alright and I think authorities much as matched it up pretty well because very few people did ask to change but the next year we drew lots there were some single rooms and Beryl and I said unless both of us drew single rooms we'd stick together because you know we didn't know who else we'd get when i drew a single room she didn't so we decided to stay together because we got on all right you see and uh we got a better room of course and uh so that's how we lived and we used to sort of have a kitchen at back and they had sort of prefab huts for the community room and dining rooms yes and the chapel there was a chapel which had been more or less bombed It
