Percy Parr, 31, coal carman, born Cambridge

Jessie Parr, 26, born Cambridge

Thomas Parr, 1, born Cambridge

32 Cowper Road was the home of the Parr family for many years. Percy James Parr died in action in 1917 and his name is recorded on the roll of honour at St John’s Church and other details on the church web site. The photo shows Percy, wife Florence and children Grace and Tom. Tom was killed in WWII.

William Northrop private 53362 1st Suffolk Regular Army. Married Bertha Ellis, domestic servant at this address 13/11/14 St John’s. Baptised daughter 25/11/14.
