Henry Rowell, traveller
Hilda Coomer née Brasher, who had lived at 33 Hertford Street, wrote of their neighbour, Mrs Rowell, who was very clever with flowers. If anybody died in the neighbourhood we only had to collect nice flowers and moss and she would make a wreath or spray.
