Travelodge, Hills Road

History of Travelodge Hills Road

Pevsner writes (Cambridgeshire 2014 p. 331):

The eye is assailed by Proctor & Matthew’s Travelodge, part of a development of 2003-5 on the old Cattle Market site. A painful mash-up of cliches here: loud blue cladding, barcode patterns, a skirt of gabions, etc.
