William Coxon, 61, commercial traveller drapery, born Staffs.

Daisy Shaw Ann Coxon, 63, born Lancs.

1925

The brothers Alfred and Percival Paige bought this property and moved from 15 Rathmore Road.

Percival married his cousin Maud, who had previously been their house keeper following the death of their mother. Alfred gifted his half of the property to them but living there until his death in 1957. Percy and Maud died within two weeks of each other in 1973. The current occupants bought the property at that time. (email from AC in 2024)
