Hans A Schlossmann, pharmacologist. During WWII the house accommodated many student from the LSE. Mr Schlossman also worked with Miss Sturge and Mrs Greta Burkill looking after German refugees. The was hit by incendiary bombs which slid off the roof. The chapel was used for table tennis.

Flt Lieut and Mrs Willson lived in a flat

1949

Bought by Univ of Cambridge and used to accommodate young married dons including.

1950

John Donald Hicks, Pitt Professor

1989

Demolished to make way for Southacre Park development.
