St Andrew Sawtry c1880In 1880 both old churches in Sawtry were demolished, All Saints and St Andrews, and a new All Saints was erected. The old cemetery of St Andrews survives next to the A1. It includes the grave of a Leicestershire man killed in a duel with his best friend in 1756.
