Son of William Henry and Emily Townsend, of 134, Tenison Rd., Cambridge. A clerk in Barclay’s Bank. Commemorated on YPRES (MENIN GATE) MEMORIAL, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Panel 52 and 54.
