James Archie Phelps Haskins: son of Lilian and her husband James Edward William Haskins. James the son was a corporal in the Cambridgeshire Regiment. He was captured in the battle for Singapore and was killed on 21st Sep 1944 while being transported to a labour camp in Japan when the Japanese convoy was engaged by US submarines.
