100 York Street

1881

1901

William Mole, head, 35, locomotive engine labourer, 1866, Great Shelford, Cambridgeshire
Eliza J Mole, wife, 41, 1860, Cambridge
Emelia E J Mole, daughter, 6, 1895, Cambridge
Nellie Mole, daughter, 4, 1897, Cambridge
Maud L Mole, daughter, 1, 1900, Cambridge

1911

William Mole, 46, railway carriage washer, b. Grantchester

Eliza Jane Mole, 57, b. Cambridge

Emily Amelia Mole, 17, b. Cambridge

Nellie Mole, 15, b. Cambridge

Maud Louisa Mole, 12, b. Cambridge

Eliza and William have been married for nineteen years and have had four children, one of whom has died.

It looks as though each member of the Mole family has filled in their own line of the census record.  Then one of them has written all their names out in full on a lower line.  Their neighbours at number 98 did the same thing.
