York House, Bluntisham Road, Colne

History of York Road

Listed Building:

Built in 1844, date on rain water head (recently removed). Double pile plan with two projecting wings and central rear kitchen window.

The house was of sale for offers around £196,000 in the late 1980s. The estimated value in 2024 was around £887.000.
