1861 Knights rents [?] The 1861 census has a number of properties which appear by name to be linked to the later buildings, Knights almshouses. They appear in the census after no.59 King Street and before no.129.

(3) Joseph Charles, 31, groom, b Cambridge

(4) J Webb, 65, charwoman, b Cambridge

(5) James Kempton, 40, labourer, b Cambridge
