Bernard A Moore
‘Memories of Abbey and East Barnwell’ describes a Mrs Flo Moore of Whitehill Road who was the bedmaker to the Prince of Wales as a student in Cambridge. He used to visit her at home, who would bring presents such as pheasants and invited her and her husband to his investiture and wedding.
