Emmanuel Street - houses demolished circa 1911 for the construction of North Court

History of 11 Emmanuel Street

In the middle of the 18th century it was occupied by Thomas Wright. Then by the esquire-bedell John Beverley, disliked by John Gunning.

In the 19th cent. it passed with the adjacent five cottages into the hands of Peete Musgrave, from whom it passed to one of his sons.
