Early C19. 3 storeys; gault brick; stone band below parapet; 2 windows west front, with modern shop window on ground floor; symmetrically designed front to Pembroke Street, 3 windows, flat brick arches, glazing bars; central round-headed doorway of 2 orders now blocked and window substituted. Iron railing to balcony on first floor west front.
