30 / 31 Trumpington Street, Fitzwilliam House / Hall
The main building was Fitzwilliam Hall, set up in 1869 to provide accommodation for students who could not afford to belong to a college. The corner property was the dispensing chemist business, G Peck and son. The building was later taken over by the Maintenance Fund, prior to the founding of the NHS.
