1 Cam Road / 35 Elizabeth Way

History of 35 Elizabeth Way

Frederick Cousins established his grocery business here in 1922. It was just across the road from the huge Pye factory. It became Cambridge’s first delicatessen – Joseph’s Continental Stores. Later is was the guest house known as Carrons.
