Frederick John Flack: Private 4766, 23rd (County of London) Battalion, London Regiment. Killed in action 15 September 1916. Son of Hugh William (compositor) and Elizabeth Flack, of 16 Holland Street, Cambridge. In 1920 he was living at 20 Histon Road.
