Cock Inn was occupied by publican Mrs Hannah Pope whose husband Ernest Pope had died in 1932. She was also a small holder.
The Lows: two railway carriages erected as additional accommodation alongside the Cock Inn by Frederick Pope, son of Ernest Pope
There was also a three roomed bungalow occupied by farm worker Harold Pope, who worked in West Row, east of the river.
