House, C16, associated with the Bernard and Peyton families, now divided into separate dwellings. The east front was rebuilt or cased in the late C19 but the west wall and south gable end preserve the original wall material of clunch, now painted, and red brick. 

A large C16 barn/warehouse associated with Isleham Hall and formerly connected to the port of Isleham by a small lode or cut now filled in. Late C16 or early C17 granary addition to right hand and C20 repairs to left hand gable end.

According to Arthur Houghton, the Hall in the reign of King John was called the Manor of Isleham. It was acquired by the Bernard family between 1199 and 1216. Sir John Bernard’s daughter, Margaret, an heiress, married Thomas Peyton in 1430. In the early 20th cent Richard Robins lived there.
