Ann Shepperson’s reminiscences of life in Isleham are in ‘Memory Lane’, Swavesey History Society (2004).

The family moved from Ickleton to Isleham in 1936 and he father was appointed station master in 1939. They lived at the Station House.

In 1948 her father was appointed Stationmaster at Swavesey.
