Pair of cottages. Early C19. Probably for Thomas Bowyer, d.1824. …… This little altered pair of cottages is probably among those built by Thomas Bowyer for his workforce. He was an important local merchant operating trading activities on the Swaffham Lode from a nearby wharf.
