In 2025 EC sent this note:

Alfred James Winship lived here in 1939 (at the time of the 1939 Register) until his death in 1966. He was a Mechanical Engineer and Manufacturer Concrete Products. He seems to have owned gravel pits in Milton and Winship Road in Milton may be named after him. HIs WikiTree entry had more detail [[Winship-836|Alfred James Winship (1880-1966)]].

In 1911 the Winship family were living in Station Road, Waterbeach.
