George, 14, farm labourer, b Soham

Charles Jobson, nephew, 10, b Chesterton

Arthur and Harry joined the army in May-June 1915. Arthur had married Lucy Plumb on Christmas Day 1913. Their mother died in February 1916. Both men were killed in action on the first day of the Battle of the Somme, 1.7.1916.
