30 High Green, Spanyards, Great Shelford

History of 30 High Green

Listed building:

Cottage, possibly built as a pair of cottages, now one. Late C17. Later alterations and a C20 addition at one end. Timber framed, rendered, on brick plinth with thatched roof and original red brick ridge stack with diagonally set grouped shafts.
