Huntsman’s Cottage, 6 Impington Lane

History of 6 Impington Lane

Listed Building:

Cottage. Late C17. Timber framed with weather board and painted brick casing. Thatch roof.


In the 18th cent the keeper of the pack of hounds owned by Guy Sindrey lived here. Sindrey was the town clerk of Cambridge. The original name for Impington Lane was Dog Kennel Lane.

This was later the home of Dr Cameron.
