American Cemetery and Chapel, Madingley

History of the Amercian Cemetery

The Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial was used from 1943 and formally opened in 1956.

Rattee and Kett built the cemetery and chapel for the American Battle Monuments Commission after WWII.
