History of 22 Chaucer Road

The land was owned by William C D Whetham who sold it to Mr Wyatt in 1932.

Travers Carey Wyatt, steward of Christ’s College. T C Wyatt was described in C P Snow’s The Masters as C P Chrystal. Chapter 24 describes a summer evening at the house in Chaucer Road.
