Listed building:
Cottage. Mid-late C17, early C18, and enlarged late C20. Timber-framed, rendered. Originally thatched, now pantiled, and half hipped.
The ground floor was originally open to the roof. A floor was inserted in the 18th century when a red brick hearth and stack were built. The beam size changes from 4 by 2 inches to 3 inches square indicating that the oldest part may be dated to about 1580.
